The Greystone Smart City is a large-scale innovation and enterprise development initiative proposed by Global Africa Investments as a project designed to empower the next generation of African inventors, tech entrepreneurs, and industrial creators. The proposed project will span approximately 300 acres, integrating high-impact infrastructure, modern workspaces, learning hubs, and sustainable living features to create a fully functional ecosystem for growth.
The Smart City is divided into carefully planned zones that support technology incubation, light manufacturing, education, green energy, wellness, business services, and residential living. It is designed for inclusion, sustainability, and long-term relevance in Nigeria’s and, by extension, Africa’s evolving economy.
